Will America Survive?

Republican race, close to the finish,

Which candidate on top, which will diminish,

Neck to neck, vs. Obama polling,

Which against him, make the strongest showing.

Republicans and Independents, all should agree,

Who wins don’t matter, all far better than he,

Everyone must vote, even if by absentee,

Or government becomes, everyone’s bourgeoisie.

Obama wasn’t lying, “A Promise for Change”,

Didn’t expect grandchildren’s taxes, as a bill of exchange,

“Apologizing for Americans”, radical policy change,

Blocking of Keystone Pipeline, his own party finds this strange.

My fellow Americans, come Election Day,

We must come together, in an elaborate way,

Must do it now, American is whittling away,

Someone new out front, come inauguration day.
