Russian Rock Band

Three women in a Russian rock band,

Seized the pulpit of Moscow’s Cathedral grand,

Pleaded to “Mother Mary”,

President Putin is wary,

Facing 7 years from high command.

1 Peter 2:16 (ESV) “Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God.”     

Thank goodness for Freedom of Speech. Imagine facing 7 years prison for speaking your mind. They could have picked a better forum than seizing the pulpit of Moscow's Christ the Savior Cathedral. I love the name of this church! I would mention the name of this female Russian rock band, but I would be tagged for pornographic material on my blog site. Nevertheless, we must ensure we always protect our 1st amendment rights. It is too bad Russia has not quite got there yet.
